I started planning this shoot a few months ago armed with nothing more than a Pinterest inspo board. I knew I wanted to create something colourful but moody, in a rustic setting but with a modern/quirky vibe. After some planning & reaching out to these lovely Yorkshire ladies, the dream team was created & I could not have asked for a better bunch to work with!

The Venue
The shoot took place on a very rainy day at Loversall Farm - a quirky, rustic wedding venue on the outskirts of Doncaster. Equipped with stone walls, fairy lights & a stunning wooden staircase, it was perfect for the vibe of the shoot.

The Dresses
THE DRESSES. Sam at Dorothy Eloise Bridal supplied not only 1 but 3(!) dresses for the day & they were all gorgeous. Sam is super helpful and knows the industry inside out – if you’re a bride to be looking for your dream dress, Sam is your lady! You can find her bridal boutique at the Yorkshire Hive.

Hair & Make Up
We had 3 dresses so it only felt right to create 3 different hair & make up looks. Thankfully I had Samantha (make up) and Stacey (hair) on board. These guys were incredible at making the already gorgeous Natasha look & feel amazing. Nothing was too much trouble & they were on hand armed & ready to apply touch ups as needed!

Styling & Stationery
Disco ball anyone? Tammy of Howard’s Events styled the venue for the day & she nailed the brief! Tammy definitely brought my moody & quirky vision to life through her creative flare. To complement the styling, the girls at Rose Designs & Events created menu cards, a welcome sign & letters to my husband/wife to add that extra detail, again nailing the brief.
If you want your wedding venue styled to perfection or are looking for bespoke welcome wedding stationery, then look no further than these guys.

The Flowers
I love photographing flowers & I knew by having Stem Doncaster involved that I wasn’t going to be disappointed. Becky creates flowers for all occasions but her bridal bouquets are stunning. Becky provided 3 bouquets for the shoot as well as flowers for the table & a HUUUGE arrangement for the floor – it was beautiful!

The Cake
The lovely Jane of Pink Peppercorn Cakes provided the cake & favours for the day & I’m not sure I’ve seen anything more stunning! The colours & details of the cake were incredible. If you’re wanting a wedding cake that’s unique & truly beautiful you need to check out Jane’s work. You will not be disappointed!

The Suppliers
The effort all of these lovely Yorkshire wedding suppliers put in to the day blew me away & I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to work with such a fantastic bunch of local ladies on my first ever styled shoot. I can’t wait for the next one!
